At PQ Gamez, we’re incredibly proud of the exclusive products we create and offer. Because many of our items are limited, specialty, or produced in small quantities, we keep our return window short so we can continue offering unique releases to our community.
If you need to request a return, you must contact us through our contact form within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate the process.
If you have not contacted us within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate a return, your item will NOT be refunded.

Once we receive your message through the contact form, we will provide instructions on where to send your return.

After our warehouse receives the returned item(s), a refund for the item(s) will be initiated.

Once the product has been delivered, refunds are no longer valid unless a return has been properly initiated within the 3-day window.

PQ Gamez is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online.
